  • Compliance, advisory and critical-path planning for foreign airlines beginning aeronautical operations in Mexico.
  • Review of domestic and international insurance policy compliance for air-transport permit holders.
  • Obtaining convalidation of airline Operations Specifications (AOC).
  • Critical-path analysis, compliance and drafting of applications for international air transport, domestic air transport, air taxi and flight-dispatch office permits.
  • Obtaining nationality markings before the Mexican Aeronautical Registry.
  • Routine due diligence and supervision of documents on board aircraft to avoid fines and sanctions during airport audits.
  • Drafting and analysis of compensation policies in compliance with applicable legislation, and submission to PROFECO for approval.
  • Supervision, drafting and negotiation of domestic and international contracts for dispatch, maintenance, aircraft purchase-sale, leasing and code-sharing.
  • Advisory for aircraft and air-transport equipment acquisition and recovery.
